Karen (sometimes known by her moniker "moongerm") is a Chicago-based artist whose work blends bold, vivid colors with a sense of quiet unease. Her pieces, often rooted in her own memories and experiences, evoke feelings of nostalgia, melancholy, and introspection.
Aside from drawing, she enjoys making music, building Gundams, and petting nearby cats and dogs.
